At PurplFox, we want you to feel amazing in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our easy exchange and return process is here to help.


🔁 Exchange Policy

🔸 One Free Exchange
Every order is eligible for one free exchange — whether it's for a different size or style. We recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide before placing your order to pick your perfect fit the first time.

🔸 Additional Exchanges
A ₹100 fee applies for any second exchange request for the same order to cover shipping and handling.

🔸 Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

🔸 Out of Stock? No Problem.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit of the same value so you can shop for something else you love.

🟢 Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after a successful pickup and quality check
  • Bank credit may take 7–10 business days, depending on your provider

🟠 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit is issued within 3 business days post-quality check

🚫 Non‑Refundable Charges
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once an order is placed.


🔀 Reverse Pickup Policy

🚋 We’ll Pick It Up (Where Available)

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address if it's within our courier’s serviceable area
  • Our courier will attempt pickup up to 3 times within 48 hours of your return request
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely and available for handover

📦 Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)

  • If reverse pickup isn't possible in your area, you can self-ship the item to us
  • Use India Post or any trusted courier
  • Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll reimburse shipping charges as part of your store credit

💳 Store Credit Policy

🟡 When Is Store Credit Issued?

  • For COD order returns
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock
  • If you self-ship a return from a non-serviceable location

🟡 How Will It Be Reflected?

  • Store credit is reflected in your PurplFox account
  • It will also show up as a payment method at checkout

🟡 Credit Issuance Timeline

  • Issued within 3 business days after your returned item passes our quality check

🟡 Using Store Credit

  • Apply store credit at checkout like a regular payment
  • If your order total exceeds your credit, you can pay the balance using UPI, card, or COD

🟡 Validity & Terms

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

Order Cancellation Policy

  • We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed
  • However, you can still request an exchange after receiving your order.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, or discounts of 50% or more are not eligible for refunds, but one-time size exchanges are allowed if stock is available
  • All returns undergo a mandatory quality check
  • Items that are used, washed, or fail hygiene standards will not be accepted
  • Due to hygiene protocols, innerwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
